Safflower Oil is a light, clear, and tasteless cooking oil that is extracted from the seeds of the safflower plant, a traditional alternative to sunflower oil as it's very similar in nutritional profile. Referred to as Kusube oil in Kannada, Kunguma Poo Ennai in Tamil & Kusumbha Nune in Telugu, it is a more healthful option than sunflower oil when cooking at high temperatures, thanks to its high smoke point and neutral flavor. It is a good source of monounsaturated fatty acids, which are considered to be healthy fats. Safflower oil is also a good source of vitamin E, which is an antioxidant that can help protect your cells from damage.

Extraction Process:

  • This cold pressed safflower oil is then kept in sunlight & allowed to sediment in oil tank.
